FLOWER ESSENCE CONSULATIONS

  • Essences are vibrational remedies that work on us and through us on an energetic level. Unlike a tincture, there isn't any plant material or constituents within essences. With essences, we gather the vibration of a plant or flower within water and then preserve it for use. While we're mostly working with flower and plant essences in my practice, essences are expansive and can be made of just about anything. Gem, animal, and stone essences are just a few other examples of essences that can be made beyond the plant realm.

    Everything on the planet carries a vibration and crafting and taking an essence is just one way we can work with the vibrational medicine of the world around us.

    With that in mind, know that essences work on our energetic bodies and patterns. When we take an essence, we're ingesting the energy of that plant which will shift our own energetics. Over time and continued use, our own vibrational pattern will change under the influence of this new energy. This can happen in both subtle and profound ways. Essences are low dose medicines, meant to be taken in small amounts regularly over time for real shifts to happen.

  • Usually I’ll have you fill out a brief intake form to gather some details before our time together.

    Once we find a time to meet, you can expect to spend 30 minutes to an hour in conversation with me about what’s going on for you at the moment and what sort of support you’re seeking from the plants. These sessions can be in-person or done virtually.

    After our conversation, I’ll formulate a personal essence for you to use. This essence is included in the cost.

    I’m offering these sessions on a sliding scale of $40-$80.

COMMON KIN QUARTERLY

  • Common Kin Quarterly is the name of Starflower’s seasonal herbal share. A seasonal herb share is a way to receive herbal support as we move through each season of the year.

    This year, each share will include ONE herbal preparation with an informational postcard.

    Shares are available for Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

  • Pricing:

    • Each individual share is offered on a sliding scale of $15 - $25 - $35.

    • If you’re experiencing financial instability, please choose the lower end of the scale. If you have financial abundance, please consider paying the higher end of the scale.

    • If you’d like to order a year’s worth of shares (all four), please do! You can order all four shares on a sliding scale of $60 - $100 - $160.

    How will I receive my share?:

    • For locals based in SLC: Please plan to pick up your share from my home in Capital Hill.

    • For non-locals: Shipping will be $10.
